Agreement eStamp is for stamp duty and compliant stamp paper on your rental agreement — the stamping obligation some states require, not the digital signature step. We are building an optional in-app way to purchase stamp paper and complete stamping where rules and integrations allow.

You receive 100% of the rent amount; the landlord platform fee starts at 0.15% and can be up to 0.5% per collection, covering processing and platform costs. Tenants can pay via UPI from 0% (promotional) with free instant rent receipts. If tenants pay you directly (bank transfer, cash, or outside the app), no platform fee is charged.
